Yes, they are legitimate. Service is good, quality is there. Great product, great company. Not only did they make me feel comfortable through emails and reassurance but they also gave me the confidence as I was nervous about getting one and going from one website to another until I found this site. This is a great doll. The waist joint was a bit stiff at the beginning but that’s normal with most dolls. No other issues with the skeleton. TPE quality is top notch and the sculpt looks fantastic!
