Yes, they are trusted. I ordered and received the doll soon, she looks fantastic. I was skeptical about how she would look in person verses the ad photos but was pleasantly surprised she arrived. As I order a customized version, she looked better than I imagined! She is heavy but I was expecting this and is manageable as I am in pretty good shape.
