I was full of questions, but they answered back right away in a very polite and knowledgeable fashion about what was and wasn’t possible and the reasons why or why not. And they do have the dolls shipped to them from the manufacturer and physically go over them looking for any issues to make sure the doll is what you ordered and meets their high standards before they send them to you.
