Yes, the experience exceeded expectations. There was a mistake with my order, but Mary in customer service was quick and friendly to resolve my issue and refund the money I didn’t receive. I was skeptical about ordering such an expensive product through a website, but they proved me wrong. Once again, this doll is amazing, but if you can’t handle lifting a heavy object without hurting yourself, then I suggest you don’t buy it. It’s quite a bit of work to carry her from the storage box to the bed. But it’s definitely worth it.
