The staff answered all my questions promptly (Thanks for your patience, Al lol) and I did have quite a few of them as a first time buyer. Their website was very easy to use and placing an order was very simple. They have a wide selection of dolls to choose from. I ended up losing track of time when placing my order as there was so much to choose from lol.
